In May, everything seems possible: every tree is covered with leaves, the gardens are an explosion of flowers and every morning, the windows open onto the blue sky.

And then it’s a month that begins with a day of celebration, how can you not love it?

22.03.22 – 22.05.22 FERDINANDO SCIANNA. VIAGGIO RACCONTO MEMORIA. PALAZZO REALE

Last month to see the anthological exhibition dedicated to Ferdinando Scianna hosted on the Noble Floor of Palazzo Reale. An articulated narrative path of 200 black and white shots to retrace the events and career of the Sicilian photographer, a common heritage of our memory.

29.03.22 – 12.06.22 ARTUR ZMIJEWSKI.QUANDO LA PAURA MANGIA L’ANIMA. PAC

Sadly current, the Polish artist’s solo exhibition investigates human nature, its inclination toward evil and its coexistence with the feeling of fear. The physical expression of violence, social conflict and the oppression of power are some of the themes in the works exhibited. These themes deal with some current situations, such as that of migrants on the border between Poland and Belarus.

27.04.22 – 22.05.22 UKRAINIAN REALISM. TRIENNALE

This exhibition brings together the paintings of some artists active in the seventies and eighties and is representative of the latest socialist realism. Factories, schools, fields and cities are the privileged themes of this artistic movement that saw the Soviet-era end in apparent peace.

02.05.22 – 10.05.22  ARIA DI SAN DANIELE. LOCATION VARIE

An itinerant gastronomic tour to taste the famous raw ham which, in Milan, will touch six places as different as they are attractive, from the Navigli to Piazza del Duomo. You can taste it paired with the wines of Cantina Urbana or while looking at the gothic steeples of the Duomo from Terrazza 21.

Navigation on the canals is one of the most authentic and unusual ways to discover Milan and is only possible in the spring months. Once widely used, for example, to transport the marbles that still make up the Cathedral. You can book a boat ride here.
